2Groups, Meetings & Events Program Terms & Conditions:
Not all Wyndham Rewards hotels participate in the Groups, Meetings & Events program, and some Wyndham Rewards hotels may offer point bonuses to event planners under terms that differ from the Groups, Meetings & Events program. Please inquire at the property to see if it offers the Groups, Meetings & Events program or another event planner point bonus program. In the event of any inconsistency between the program described herein and your contract with a hotel property, the terms of your contract with the hotel property will prevail.
Subject to all terms and conditions set forth herein, each hotel participating in the Groups, Meetings & Events program (the “Program”) will award to the Planner of any Qualifying Event held at such hotel (each as defined below) one (1) Wyndham Rewards point per $1 U.S. dollar (or equivalent currency conversion, as determined at the time points are awarded) spent on the following components of such Qualifying Event (in each case, to the extent booked, used and paid for in accordance with a Contract (as defined below)): sleeping room rates (but only if the Qualifying Event includes at least ten (10) sleeping rooms on a single night (the “Sleeping Room Minimum”)); meeting room rental fees; and food and beverage charges for meals offered as part of the Qualifying Event; in each case, exclusive of taxes, resort fees, facility fees, incidental charges, gratuities and related charges (each such component, individually, a “Qualifying Revenue Component”, and the revenue generated from all applicable Qualifying Revenue Components, collectively, “Qualifying Revenue”). For purposes of these terms and conditions, “Qualifying Event” means any group event at a participating hotel, which event: (i) is reserved by, reflected within and paid for in accordance with a written contract executed by authorized representatives of the group and the participating hotel in question, which contract explicitly states that the Program will apply to such group event (the “Contract”); and (ii) generates Qualifying Revenue. For clarity, a suite will count as only one (1) sleeping room in determining whether the Sleeping Room Minimum has been met, sleeping rooms booked and used on different nights of a multi-night stay cannot be combined to meet the Sleeping Room Minimum and only (1) night of a multi-night stay is required to meet the Sleeping Room Minimum for the Qualifying Event’s total sleeping room revenue to be deemed a Qualifying Revenue Component.
A multi-day Qualifying Event reflected on one (1) Contract will constitute a single Qualifying Event under the Program. For purposes of these terms and conditions, “Planner” means any individual Wyndham Rewards member who (a) either on behalf of him/herself or a third party, books a Qualifying Event; and (b) is either identified as the “Planner” of such Qualifying Event in the applicable Contract or substituted for such Planner in accordance with these terms and conditions. Points earned under the Program may be disbursed among up to three (3) Planners so long as the percentage of points each such Planner is to receive is set forth in the Contract. Subject to these terms and conditions, Wyndham Rewards points will be awarded for all Qualifying Revenue regardless of whether payment is made via a master account or by individuals. There is no minimum spend requirement or maximum cap on the number of points that a Planner can earn per Qualifying Event or per calendar year under this Program. Wyndham Rewards points earned in accordance with these terms and conditions will be awarded by the date that is thirty (30) days after the date on which all amounts payable in connection with the Qualifying Event have been paid in full. Planners who have elected to earn airline miles, rail points or other travel partner currency in their Wyndham Rewards profile (rather than Wyndham Rewards points) will receive Wyndham Rewards points under this Program pursuant to its terms and conditions.
Wyndham Rewards points earned in accordance with these terms and conditions will be awarded to the Planner identified in the Contract; provided, however, that in the event such Planner ceases to be employed, contracted by or otherwise authorized to act as an event planner on behalf of the group prior to the deposit of points earned hereunder into such Planner’s account, the group will have the right to substitute an alternate Wyndham Rewards member to receive such points (any such substitution to be reflected in a writing signed by authorized representatives of the group and participating hotel). By participating in the Program, any Planner who books on behalf of an employer, client or any other third party (each, a “Third Party”) agrees to notify such Third Party of any points such Planner receives in connection with the Program, and to comply with all applicable gift or incentive policies of such Third Party, as well as all applicable laws, rules and regulations. By participating in the Program, each Planner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wyndham Hotel Group, LLC, Wyndham Rewards, Inc., the participating hotel, and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries from and against any and all claims asserted by any Third Party arising from such Planner’s failure to comply with the foregoing sentence.
In the event the number of sleeping room nights, meeting rental fees and/or applicable food and beverage charges actually used/incurred during a Qualifying Event vary from the number of sleeping room nights, meeting rental fees and/or applicable food and beverage charges set forth in the Contract, Wyndham Rewards points awarded under the Program will be based upon the number of sleeping room nights, meeting rental fees and applicable food and beverage charges actually used/incurred. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these terms and conditions, (A) participating hotel reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decrease the number of Program points to be awarded, or to award no Program points, in the event that the Qualifying Revenue generated from a Qualifying Event decreases by more than thirty percent (30%) from the total amount of Qualifying Revenue contemplated by the Contract; (B) Wyndham Rewards points will not be awarded on complimentary rooms, meeting event credits or special discounted programs; and (C) any Planner or Planner’s immediate family member who receives a bonus, payment or other incentive under the Wyndham Referral Rewards Program in connection with a Qualifying Event is ineligible to receive points under this Program in connection with such Qualifying Event.
Wyndham Hotel Group reserves the right to change or terminate the Program or any of its terms and conditions at any time without notice. Void where prohibited by law. Use of Wyndham Rewards points is subject to the terms and conditions of the Wyndham Rewards program which is subject to change at any time without notice. Timeline Payments
Commissions are processed once a month typically for the previous month’s departures; however, the processing dates don’t always align with the calendar month. Due to the processing calendar, payment of commissions usually occurs 45-60 days after departure.

Any group reservation made directly with the hotel using a rate plan that starts with CG or doesn’t contain a travel advisor number falls outside of the commission process. WHR is not responsible for accurate and on-time payment of these group commissions as it’s the sole responsibility of the hotel property to process the payment at that point.
