Instant Group Bookings Save 15% on hotel stays offer. Advanced reservations are required. Offer is subject to availability at participating Wyndham Hotels & Resorts hotel properties located in the 50 United States, Washington D.C., and Canada.
To qualify for the 15% discount off the Standard Rate (as defined below) at participating hotels in the 50 United States, Washington D.C., and Canada, (the “Instant Group Bookings Sale”), a group planner must, during the period that begins February 16, 2026 and runs through and includes March 17, 2026 (the “Booking Period”), on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), book the Instant Group Bookings Sale rate for a stay starting no sooner than February 21, 2026 and complete such stay by December 30, 2026.
For clarity, any stay that is booked outside of the Booking Period, i.e., booked prior to February 16, 2026 or after March 17, 2026, for a stay beginning no sooner than February 21, 2026 nor completed after December 30, 2026, will not qualify for the Instant Group Bookings Sale. Blackout dates are June 10 through July 19 for all participating hotels and additional blackout dates may vary by individual hotel.
For purposes of these Offer Terms,
“Standard Rate” means the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the applicable brand site for the hotel, date and accommodation requested; and
“Direct Booking Channel” means (i) groups.wyndhamhotels.com or (ii) the Groups360.com Marketplace.
Savings are discounted from a participating hotel’s Standard Rate, excluding taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed. Reservations with this rate must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. New bookings only for group sizes of 10 to 25 rooms. Reservations can be canceled in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy and can vary by hotel. Reservations canceled outside of cancellation policy and no-shows will be charged, at a minimum, first night plus tax for each booked room.
Room type exclusions and additional restrictions may apply and will vary by individual hotel. Offer availability limited to participating hotels and is subject to availability at such hotels. It is possible that the Instant Group Bookings Sale will not be available at certain hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation for the Instant Group Bookings Sale may result in an ineligibility to receive the Instant Group Bookings Sale discount. The Group Instant Bookings Sale and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited.
Tax is additional, and this offer may not be combined with any other offer or discount other than applicable registration-based, bonus point promotions.
