Free breakfast offerings and menu items vary by brand and location. Offer is valid only at participating hotels within the following brands: AmericInn® by Wyndham, Baymont® by Wyndham, Days Inn® by Wyndham, Hawthorn Suites® by Wyndham, Howard Johnson® by Wyndham, La Quinta® by Wyndham, Microtel® by Wyndham, Ramada® by Wyndham, Super 8® by Wyndham, and Wingate® by Wyndham. Please confirm breakfast offerings at time of booking.

Travel Arrangers (as defined below) of a small to mid-size business can submit an application to join Wyndham Business through the form located on our website here: https://www.wyndhambusiness.com/contact-us/ (an “Application”) of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (“WHR”) to determine if such business qualifies for a volume based discount of up to fifteen percent (15%) off of our Standard Rate for transient stays and up to twenty-two percent (22%) off our Standard Rate for long term stays beginning at 5+ nights (the “Discount”). A “Travel Arranger” means any individual who is a representative of the legal business entity for which they submit an application. Once received by WHR, the Application will be reviewed. The Travel Arranger may be contacted by email or phone if additional information is needed to satisfy eligibility requirements. If approved, the Travel Arranger will receive communication via email sharing a unique 10-digit corporate booking code (the “Corporate Code”) notifying them of the percentage discount and rate terms.

The Discount applies only to bookings made by the Travel Arranger and/or travelers within the Travel Arranger’s organization for Qualified Stays at Participating Hotels by providing the Corporate Code (i) on www.wyndhamhotels.com, (ii) via phone at 1-800-407-9832 and requesting the rate associated with the Corporate Code or business name, or (iii) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts mobile app using the Corporate Code.

The Discount is off Participating Hotel’s Standard Rate excluding taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed. Standard Rate means best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on www.wyndhamhotels.com for the hotel with equivalent terms, date and accommodation requested.

More Information About Points Earning Under the Wyndham Rewards Business Program: At most properties where points can be earned, they are earned for dollars spent on the room rate only. Business Qualified Stays can be booked through the call centers or web sites of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, directly with the properties or through the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts app, in each case, by providing Company’s corporate ID, and are subject to certain restrictions, including, without limitation, that such stays cannot be booked via any third-party website. ³Global Access Rate Terms & Conditions:

For purposes of these Global Access Rate Terms & Conditions (“Terms & Conditions”),

“Business Account” means any Wyndham Business account that has been assigned a unique corporate code;

“Direct Channel” means: (i) www.wyndhambusiness.com, www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com, or any of the official brand websites of the Participating GAR Properties; or (ii) the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the participating GAR Properties; or (iii) the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts app;

“Hotel Special Rate” means any publicly available, discounted rate offered on any Direct Channel by an individual property, which rate is not part of a sale in which other Wyndham Hotels & Resorts properties may participate, and for which Wyndham Rewards Program membership is not required; the terms and conditions for a Hotel Special Rate can be found here;

“Participating GAR Property” means “By Wyndham” hotels and other “By Wyndham” lodging facilities operating under a franchise, license or management agreement with any of the following hotel chains:

AmericInn®, Baymont®, Days Inn®, Dolce Hotels and Resorts®, ECHO SuitesSMExtended Stay, Fen®, Hawthorn® Extended Stay, Hawthorn Suites®, Howard Johnson®, La Quinta®, Microtel®, Ramada®, Registry CollectionHotels® , Super 8®, Trademark Collection® (other than any Trademark Collection hotel that is co-branded with a Caesars Entertainment hotel chain), Travelodge, TRYP®, Wingate®, Wyndham®, and Wyndham Garden® ;

“Standard Promotional Rate” means any publicly available, discounted rate offered on any Direct Channel for a limited period of time by a participating property as part of a sale in which other Wyndham Hotels & Resorts properties may also participate and for which Wyndham Rewards Program membership is not required; and

“Global Access Rate” (sometimes referred to as the “lowest corporate rate available” in our advertising), with respect to a Business Account’s booking at a particular Participating GAR Property, means the lowest of (a) such Business Account’s negotiated corporate rate with Wyndham Business for short-term stays (its “Default Corporate Rate”); (b) the Participating GAR Property’s Standard Promotional Rate (if any are available on the dates being booked); and (c) the Participating GAR Property’s Hotel Special Rate (if any are available on the dates being booked) (the “Global Access Rate”). For clarity, as used in these Terms & Conditions, a Business Account’s “Default Corporate Rate” does not refer to any of the following rates: those that may be available to such Business Account for long term stays, those that are property-specific (if any), and/or those that are available only to accounts that are also consortia accounts.

Without limitation, a Business Account’s Global Access Rate may be higher than: (a) any of the rates found under the “Special Rates” section of the booking widget on WyndhamHotels.com; or (b) the “Pay Now & Save, Non-Cancelable” rate and any other nonrefundable rate; or (c) certain packages and other discounts offered by individual hotels on Direct Channels that are not considered Hotel Special Rates; or (d) any special rates or discounts that may be bookable on site at individual properties or by calling such properties directly; (e) any rates for which Wyndham Rewards Program membership is required, including, without limitation, the Member Rate and app-based or other Member-only flash sales.

Without limitation, for clarity, the following hotel chains do not offer the Global Access Rate: Ceasers Entertainment properties (even those that are co-branded with the Trademark Collection® chain name or logo), Wyndham Alltra®, Wyndham Grand®, Dazzler®, Esplendor®, and Vienna House®.

The Global Access Rate discount level received by a Business Account will vary based on the property in question, the booking dates and such Business Account’s Default Corporate Rate.

Business Accounts may book the Global Access Rate by using their unique corporate code to book either (a) on any Direct Channel, or (b) via a traditional travel agent who books through the global distribution system (i.e., Sabre/Abacus/Infini, Worldspan/Axess, Amadeus, Travelport, Galileo, Apollo).Cancellation policies vary by Participating GAR Property; please inquire at time of reservation.

The Global Access Rate is available only for individual bookings or for groups booking a maximum of ten (10) rooms, not valid for existing reservations, and may be changed or discontinued at any time. Advance reservation required. The Global Access Rate is subject to applicable law and void or not applicable where prohibited by law.

The Global Access Rate may not be combined with any other offer or discount, coupon, sale promotion, prior purchase, or purchase of a gift certificate except to the extent another offer specifically identifies itself as combinable with the Global Access Rate. Blackout dates and room type exclusions may apply. The Global Access Rate does not include resort/service fees, taxes, incidentals or gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed. Rate, taxes, applicable dates, advance deposit, and credit guarantee may vary by property; please inquire at time of reservation.
