¹Travel Arrangers (as defined below) of a small to mid-size business can submit an application to join Wyndham Business through the form located on our website here: https://www.wyndhambusiness.com/contact-us/ (an “Application”) of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (“WHR”) to determine if such business qualifies for a volume based discount of up to fifteen percent (15%) off of our Standard Rate for transient stays and up to twenty-two percent (22%) off our Standard Rate for long term stays beginning at 5+ nights (the “Discount”). A “Travel Arranger” means any individual who is a representative of the legal business entity for which they submit an Application. Once received by WHR, the Application will be reviewed. The Travel Arranger may be contacted by email or phone if additional information is needed to satisfy eligibility requirements. If approved, the Travel Arranger will receive communication via email sharing a unique 10-digit corporate booking code (the “Corporate Code”) notifying them of the percentage discount and rate terms.

The Discount applies only to bookings made by the Travel Arranger and/or travelers within the Travel Arranger’s organization for Qualified Stays at Participating Hotels by providing the Corporate Code (i) on www.wyndhamhotels.com, (ii) via phone at 1-800-407-9832 and requesting the rate associated with the Corporate Code or business name, or (iii) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts mobile app using the Corporate Code.

The Discount is on Participating Hotel’s Standard Rate excluding taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed. Standard Rate means best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on www.wyndhamhotels.com for the hotel with equivalent terms, date and accommodations requested.

²Wyndham Rewards Business 15,000 Wyndham Rewards Bonus Points: Terms & Conditions:

Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards Business program terms and conditions (the “Business Terms and Conditions”). To qualify for this Wyndham Rewards Business bonus points offer (“Offer”), a company located in the United States (including the District of Columbia but excluding U.S. territories and possessions) must between June 23, 2025 and September 30, 2025, enroll in Wyndham Rewards Business and receive a corporate ID code and Business Account number in accordance with the Business Terms and Conditions. Then, between June 23, 2025 and September 30, 2025, an authorized employee or other representative of such Company must book (i) a Business Qualified Stay using the Company’s corporate ID code on any Approved Booking Channel (as defined below), and complete such stay no later than December 31, 2025 (the requirements set forth in this paragraph, collectively, the “Booking & Stay Requirements”).  For clarity, company must be a new enrollee in Wyndham Rewards Business on or after June 23, 2025 (i.e., a company that has previously enrolled in Wyndham Rewards Business before June 23, 2025 is not eligible for this Offer).

For purposes of these Offer Terms, “Approved Booking Channel” means:

(i) www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of the participating Hotel Chains;

(ii) the official toll-free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the participating Hotel Chains;

(iii) on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App;

(iv) onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property;

(v) travel agency that (a) is not an online booking platform such as booking.com or Expedia.com; (b) books using a global distribution system (ex. Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan, Apollo and Pegasus); and (c) does not receive a commission in connection with the booking; or

(vi)  via your company’s negotiated direct connection interface with Wyndham.

Each Business Account that has a stay booked and completed in accordance with the Booking & Stay requirements will earn 15,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points (the “Bonus”). Maximum of one (1) Bonus per Business Account. A Business Account will not receive the Bonus for a no-show.

Business Qualified Stays are subject to certain restrictions and do not include third party online bookings or free/discounted nights; see the Business Terms and Conditions for more information about Business Qualified Stays. Bonus points will usually be posted to a Company’s Business Account within four weeks following the end of the promotion period. For clarity, any stay that (a) is booked or consumed (in whole or in part) prior to June 23, 2025, (b) begins before June 23, 2025 and/or (c) ends after December 31, 2025, will not be counted towards this Offer.

Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify this Offer without notice. Except as specifically modified herein, this Offer is subject to full Business Terms and Conditions in addition to these Offer Terms, and is void where prohibited.
